Born and raised in the Muskoka/Parry Sound area, the founder of Sweeping Pine Property Management, designed and built a home for his family in 2009. As is the challenge with many waterfront homes and cottages in the area, he was busy managing an engineering firm and although he had the capability of maintaining the property, he was eager to find a company that would help with the extensive upkeep and allow more time for building the business, enjoying the property and everything Muskoka/Parry Sound has to offer.

After working with a handful of different firms over the years, it became clear that it was more difficult than he thought to find someone who would designate the time and energy to do things right, to notice the problems and bring things up to a standard that others couldn't always see. With that attention to detail and willingness to serve as the driving factors, Sweeping Pine was born, as a division of Tulloch, an established and trusted Engineering, Surveying and Project Management firm, with offices in Parry Sound, Huntsville and across Ontario.

TOM FLEISCHER
PROPERTY MANAGER
Tom and his family moved to Parry Sound to be able to raise their kids close to nature, teach them to grow food, care for animals and enjoy the beauty of the area. Tom has run his own maintenance and carpentry company and also looked after all Property Management for a local resort. Prior to moving north, he worked in the field with the Toronto Police and did some guard work for Correctional Services. Tom's diverse knowledge, get-er-done attitude and willingness to work hard make him an excellent Property Manager, able to handle the diverse needs of individual properties, including security!
STEVE LANGFORD
VEHICLE SPECIALIST
Shown here with his grandchildren, Steve Langford is the master of all things engine. His family owned and operated the Ford dealership in Parry Sound, where Steve spent his life managing the Service department and dealing with everyone's vehicle challenges. Now in semi-retirement, Steve's passion is to fix things and he brings that enthusiasm to Sweeping Pine as an engine and vehicle specialists. In addition to on-road vehicles, Steve is also passionate and extensively knowledgeable with boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles, ATVs, generators and basically anything with an engine. If you want your toys fixed right at the boathouse or garage, Steve will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly - pun intended.
AIDEN ROSEWELL
PROPERTY TECHNICIAN
If you look up on the weekends, you may see Aiden cruising around Muskoka with his father, or others, enjoying their passion for seeing Muskoka from the air. For a couple days/week in the summer, Aiden will be out putting his skills and energy to work making sure everything is cleaned up, trimmed up, fixed up and perfected on your property. When he's not flying around in a plane, Aiden enjoys photography, including licensed drone work, boating, snowmobiling and enjoying Muskoka with his friends, family and girlfriend. Smart, kind and capable, Aiden loves to help figure out problems and improve all the properties he works on.
CORY MULLEN
PROJECT MANAGER
A licensed, Professional Engineer with a flare for the creative, Cory is the detail guy. He can help with design, architecture, landscaping, organizing, maintaining and improving your property and he'll help coordinate the rest of the team and keep things on track. Born and raised in Rosseau, Cory designed and built a home for his family in Parry Sound and enjoys all the Muskoka/Parry Sound fun including mountain biking, stand-up paddle boarding, boating, motorcycles, snowmobiles, camping and anything outdoors with the family.
If you're wondering what happens at your property when you're not there, Cory has that covered - he sends detailed reports out weekly with lots of photos showing exactly what we're doing and making sure it's precisely what you need.
CADEN MULLEN
PROPERTY TECHNICIAN
This photo shows Ange, Maya, Caden and Cory and the whole family gets involved helping out where they're needed to serve our clients. Caden has opted for a full time role with Sweeping Pine this summer, after graduating Grade 12 and considering taking a Landscape Technician program after a gap year. He loves being outdoors, working hard and not stopping until the job is done!
KYLE LOVE
ROOFING, INSULATION AND CONSTRUCTION
Kyle Love owns and operates Knox Insulation and Roofing, who partners with Sweeping Pine to handle any extensive construction needs. We have worked together to weather-proof and spray-foam a cottage crawl space, renovate a garage, install boat lifts, repair roofs, replace decks and docks, blow-in additional garage insulation, etc. Kyle understands all aspects of weather-proofing and insulating Muskoka properties and has spent years providing down to earth solutions to unique Muskoka challenges. When he's not at work, he's out enjoying Muskoka, fishing, snowmobiling and taking the boys motorcycle or snowmobile racing.

Stephan has been helping us out through Kyle Love this year and putting his insulating, painting, maintenance and construction experience to work to improve and maintain many different properties.

Steven has been building and landscaping large Muskoka properties. He and Stephan are brother-in-laws and typically work together, through Knox Insulation and Roofing, to accomplish construction, landscaping and maintenance work for Sweeping Pine.

Local family owned and operated company Terra Firma Northern Landscaping has been partnering with Sweeping Pine to handle landscaping and construction projects but also any of our restoration, maintenance and improvement work as well. Pictured here are Jay, Dillon, Gabe, Travis, Brian, Jacob, Anastasia and Genevieve. We've also been working with Ethan and Solomon, who skipped out on this photo.
